STAGING SERVICES
OCCUPIED STAGING TIER 1 SERVICE
CONSULTATION - $250
During this in-home consultation, we will be using a customized Staging Report to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible! This service is designed to give you all the expert advice you need to do the staging work yourself in the form of a detailed report. The consultation will be for 2 hours.
We will cover the following for the consultation:

A phone interview to conduct research ahead of time to identify your buyer demographic.

I will meet with you to discuss your expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for every staging dollar spent.

Detailed walk through of the home to discuss what needs to be done right away to prepare the home to sell.

A customized report including several checklists regarding what is needed in the home for maximum staging effect.

A Priority Shopping List to help you complete the staging process.
**If the home is larger than 3500 sq. ft. with multiple staging areas there could be an additional time cost to cover the larger home and additional time spent on the project.**
OCCUPIED STAGING TIER 2 SERVICE
POWER STAGING
Preparing to sell your home can be an overwhelming process. This staging service is all about following the detailed Staging Report and working together to start staging the main areas of the home right away.
This service can take up to 4 hours in the home which includes:

Transforming the main areas of the home utilizing what you already own.

We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase to modernize and set the stage for buyers.

If time permits, we will work on other key living areas.
**This is also a critical service for just before your professional photos are taken because we style each space for maximum photo impact.**
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to staging services.
OCCUPIED STAGING TIER 3 SERVICE
ULTIMATE POWER STAGING
Larger homes require more than a few hours of work that needs to be completed. This service is about extending our time together following our detailed Staging Report to address the main areas of the home to stage for photos.
This service can take up to 7 hours in the home which includes:

The same service package as the Tier 2 package but the time has been extended to organize and stage the main areas of the home.

If time permits, we will work on other key living areas, so your home is show ready.

We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase to modernize and set the stage for buyers.
